Owner Info
As owner of The Gourmet Contractor, allow me to introduce myself. I am Lonnie Ball. I am a licensed general contractor, plumber and HVAC contractor. With more than 20 years of experience, there is nothing under your roof I haven’t seen. References will be provided upon request. I hope you will give me an opportunity to show you the Gourmet difference!

Appetizers
Appetizers are small jobs of handyman caliber. The prices are listed represent the going rate for that job by an average handyman. If these are the type of services you require, you should consider the Gourmet Signature Dish to maximize your investment.
Side Dishes
Side Dishes are generally more involved in scope and should be evaluated on a job by job basis. They are normally billed by the square foot i.e. flooring, linear foot i.e. molding but sometimes we can treat them like appetizers and give you an hourly rate. We will always chose the method that works best for the customer
Entrees
Entrees are larger projects that need to be priced in a bid format such as additions, roofing, or large renovations. Please see this page for more information.
Desserts
Desserts are services outside of the construction industry. These services will always be subs that I have personal experience with. If they are on my website...they are good at what they do! Please give them a try.
